Sam Friend – Bartender / Manager
Came to Australia from England in 2009.
Mastered trade in “Rum Bar” Airlie Beach, QLD, largest collection of rum in the Southern Hemisphere.
Moved down to Melbourne in 2011.
Worked on Emerald Peacock Rooftop, before moving to Scandinavian venue “Du Nord”.
Joined the Manchuria team in 2014.
Jack Lin – Bartender
Jack is the bartender in Manchuria with 4 years in bartending and hospitality industry. Not the most experienced but definitely well trained for customer services and knowledge of alcohol. Jack is favor in Whiskey and Rum, specialized in contemporary cocktails and spirits. He believes in all bottle spirits has its own value it’s just every customer has different taste.
Understanding of the spirits, friendly nature and caring to the customers give a fantastic twist to the traditional impression of Manchuria. Imagine walking in to a bar with Chinese vintage interior and there’s Jack offers his best to entertain you for an unforgettable nights out.
